MSLL Families,
The tryout is for players age 8-12 who would like to play in the Minor A or Majors divisions.
*Please note- We are hoping to have an outdoor tryout. If the weather does not cooperate with our plans, we will send out additional information on the change of location closer to the date. Keep an eye on your emails.
March 21st - Tryout Day
Location: Dale Clawson Complex of Mount Sentinel on Field 7 (Behind Russell School)
What to bring: Mitt, Bat (if you have one), Batting helmet (if you have one)
When to arrive: 15 minutes prior to the start time of your age group
What to do when you arrive: Check-in at the registration table in the concession stand to get your tryout number
Schedule:
8 year olds - Noon
9 year olds - 1:00 pm
10 year olds - 2:00 pm
11 year olds - 3:00 pm
12 year olds - 4:00 pm
Kids will be given instructions prior to the start of their tryout. Kids can expect to field a few balls, throw it to a helper, and get a few chances to bat. Once your player has completed their tryout they are free to go.
March 23rd - Make up Day
This is a make up tryout day for any players who could not make it on the 23rd

Families can expect to know what team they are on by March 27th. This is for Minor A and Majors players only. Minor B and Tee Ball families can expect to be notified of their team by April 9th.
Information For Minor A and Majors COACHES ONLY:
Minor A Coaches please arrive around 11:30 am. We will have tryout sheets for you to take notes on the kids
Majors Coaches please arrive around 1:30 pm. We will have tryout sheets for you. Majors coaches need to see the 10 year old group.
Coach meeting for Minor A and Majors coaches will be held at the Mount Sentinel Concessions on Thursday March 19th at 6pm. Please complete your trainings and background checks!
Reminder: Make sure you have the Game Changer app downloaded prior to the draft night
