2023 Mount Sentinel Little League Regular Season runs from April and culminates in a end-of-season playoff the first part of June. Divisions are T-ball, Minor B, Minor A, Majors, Intermediate, Junior, and Senior. Skills Assessment for Minor A, Majors, Junior, and Senior divisions are not mandatory but are strongly suggested and are held in March.
8-year-olds can sign up/try out for Minor A, and 10-year-olds can sign up/try out for Majors; however, signing up or trying out does not guarantee that they will be selected to play in either division. There are many factors which are considered for kids to PLAY UP to the next division including total registration numbers in each division, and maturity and skill of the individual player. Each player will be evaluated on their skill level and selection is done by the coaches. . 8-year-olds and 10-year-olds who are not selected will be placed on a wait list and will be notified if openings come available during the season, and will be placed on an appropriate Minor B and Minor A team respectively.
